damn, fucking nun shit!
That movie almost makes me become an atheist, it takes me horror.
This is literally the most terrifying movie I've seen in the universe of the spell.
the film develops in 1952 and begins with two nuns who are attacked by an evil entity that murders one of them causing the other to commit suicide to prevent the evil escape from the convent.
the Vatican finds out about the incident and sends a priest with a novice to investigate the case. On the way they meet a "Frenchman" who leads them to the convent and once they arrive a series of unfortunate events is unleashed. The whole movie is one infarction after another and the truth is very scary. in the end the nun is defeated with holy water and murdered apparently leaving the Frenchman possessed.
I went to see this movie waiting for two hours of suspense and a cheap screamer at the end but when I left the movie theater I was disturbed.
The history of lam oja is inspired by the Valak demon. the defiler, who is one of the tallest in hell, appears as a poor boy with wings riding a two-headed dragon. in the film we are given to understand that this demon possesses human bodies to survive as venom and has the power to create illusions, alter the environment and destroy the minds of people, to be a horror story I think they did quite well although rotten tomatoes do not think the same.
Now I look forward to the croocked man movie and continue to enjoy this cinematic universe of horror.
